1. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept PayPal as our method of payment to ensure that all transactions are processed safely.
2. How much is delivery for my order?
All our deliveries are FREE to Customers in the UK.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the same day and delivered 1-2 working days after, orders on a Friday will be dispatched the same day if received before 11:30am and delivered on the following Monday, orders placed after this and over the weekend will be processed as Monday’s orders.
Collection from Cablepoint is available with prior arrangement. Collection will be arranged between Customer and Cablepoint to suit the Customer and to coincide with the business hours of Cablepoint.
3. How long is the delivery rate from day of dispatch?
We aim to have your order dispatched within 1 working day and delivered to you within 1-2 working days after dispatch (UK orders only). For all orders outside the UK, delivery rate will vary depending on delivery arrangements.
4. How do you package your products?
Our products are packaged in one of two ways. Either they are packaged in a polybag or contained within what is known as gift packaging.
5. Can I return or exchange my product?
Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be happy to exchange or refund any product that is found to be faulty or damaged. Any damage or fault needs to be notified to Cablepoint within 14 days of delivery. For all terms and conditions please visit our Terms and Conditions
6. Do my products have a warranty?
All goods supplied by Cablepoint are warranted to be generally free from any defect in workmanship and materials and fit for purpose for which these goods would normally be used. All warranties will be rendered inapplicable if goods have been interfered with, altered or damaged in any way by the Customer or its agents, or if goods have not been used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Large orders are subject to availability. Before ordering, it is advised to contact Cablepoint to ensure the order is available.

14. Will HDMI 1.3a cables work with my non-1.3 devices?
